About Us

Vaughn E. Crowe is currently with the MCJ Amelior Foundation.  Prior to joining the foundation he was a Marketing Manager at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies.  He grew up in Newark, New Jersey and is a proud product of the Newark public education system.  Vaughn received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York and is currently enrolled in an executive education program at Harvard Business School.  He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Newark and Board of Directors for Brick City Development Corporation.  Vaughn loves spending time with family and friends, playing golf, watching sports and listening to music.  He also has a deep passion for improving the lives of underserved children and families in his community.  Vaughn and his wife Tyra currently reside in Newark’s lovely and historic Forest Hills neighborhood.
