Victor C. Emenuga, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer for the Brick City Development Corporation. Mr. Emenuga has over 25 years of professional experience in Accounting. Mr. Emenuga is licensed by State of New Jersey as a Certified Public Accountant. He was the Controller at Popular Club Plan Inc, a 500 million dollar apparel and home furnishings retail firm based in Garfield, New Jersey, formally a subsidiary of J. Crew Group Inc, Federated Departmental Store, and Fingerhut Companies. At Popular Club Plan Inc., Mr. Emenuga managed the Accounting & Financial reporting, including the design and compliance of all company internal controls, financial policies and procedures, etc. Prior to joining Brick City Development Corporation, Mr. Emenuga also worked at Simon & Schuster Inc., a $1.5 billion publishing corporation with headquarters in New York, New York, as the Director of Royalties and Subrights. At Simon and Schuster Inc, Mr. Emenuga oversaw the operations, processing’s, and assignments for both Royalty & Rights accounting functions and personnel. He also managed Simon & Schuster’s Inc Royalty asset portfolio of over $300 million and author liabilities of over $100 million. Mr. Emenuga received a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance and Information System from Pace University, New York, New York, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting & Computer Science from New Jersey State University, Jersey City, New Jersey. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA).
