Overview

Located at 80 Park Plaza, the headquarters of utility giant Public Service Electric & Gas (PSEG) is a downtown landmark. The property, which was built in 1979 and has undergone significant improvements in recent years, consists of a 26-story main tower and a three-story plaza. PSEG has a lease on the entire building that runs until 2015.
